These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chaos Engineering, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
